Johor Rehda charts course under new leadership


Real Estate and Housing Developers’ Association (Rehda) Johor Branch announced the election of Lindy Tan (pic) as its new chairman during its 48th annual general meeting (AGM).

Tan, a seasoned industry professional, brings a wealth of experience and dedication to her new role.

In her inaugural address, Tan outlined her vision for Johor Rehda, emphasising the importance of working closely with government authorities to address key industry challenges and opportunities.

She expressed her commitment to cultivating stronger relationships with professional bodies to enhance industry standards and practices.

Tan also unveiled her committee members comprising a diverse group of individuals who share her passion for advancing the interests of Johor Rehda’s members and stakeholders.

The committee will work to provide enhanced training, networking opportunities and study trips for members, equipping them with the knowledge and resources needed to thrive in a rapidly evolving market.

According to a statement from Johor Rehda, one of the new committee’s top priorities was improving communication within the association, ensuring members were kept informed of relevant developments, policy updates, opportunities and initiatives.

Tan said she was honoured to serve as Johor Rehda chairman and was committed to driving positive change and progress within their industry.

“Together with my dedicated committee members, we will work tirelessly to advocate for the interests of our members, enhance industry standards and foster a culture of excellence and innovation.”
