Malaysian lawyer elected to Lions International Board


DATUK Yeow Wah Chin (pic) has been elected into the Lions International Board of Directors.

At the organisation’s 106th International Convention held in Melbourne, Australia, Yeow was elected to serve for a term of two years (2024-2026).

The managing partner of a law firm was among 18 new directors elected to the international board this year.

He is also the founding chairman of Lions Education Foundation and sits on a number of boards of Malaysian organisations, including Malaysian Institute of Integrity, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia, Munarah Foundation and the Star Foundation.

Lions International is a humanitarian and service organisation with over 1.45 million members in more than 210 countries.
