Developer Mah Sing Group Bhd has launched the M Azura sales gallery within just eight months of acquiring the land.

M Azura is its fourth project in Setapak, Kuala Lumpur, following Starparc Point, M Adora and M Astra which have been fully sold.

Situated on a prime 1.16ha site with an estimated gross development value of RM508mil, M Azura has been designed as an affordable residential development.

The project will feature two-, three- and four-bedroom units, with built-up areas ranging from 700 to 1,000sq ft, and prices starting from RM378,930.

The opening of M Azura’s sales gallery was launched by Mah Sing founder and group managing director Tan Sri Leong Hoy Kum and group chief executive officer and executive director Datuk Voon Tin Yow.

Also present were executive director Datuk Steven Ng, executive director Datuk Seri Leong Yuet Mei, group strategy and operations director Jane Leong, group strategy and operations director Rachel Leong, chief executive officer (property subsidiaries) Yeoh Chee Beng and chief financial officer Teong Sze Howe.

Hoy Kum said, “We are excited about the opening of our latest sales gallery.

“M Azura marks our fourth development in Setapak, a location that has become highly sought after.

“All our previous projects, especially M Adora and M Astra, were fully sold out,” he added.

“The spillover effect of this demand has inspired us to continue our mission of providing affordable homes, particularly for first-time homebuyers and those looking to upgrade.

“Upon completion, M Azura will have 1,140 units and thus far, M Azura has garnered significant attention, with over 4,000 registrations of interest within just eight months since we acquired the land.

“This overwhelming response has strengthened our confidence in swiftly meeting market demand.

“With that, we will continue to deliver quality, affordable housing in prime locations, aligning with our group’s focus on addressing the needs of today’s homebuyers.”

M Azura features an array of facilities catering to residents of all ages.

There will be over 40 facilities including a games room, full-fledged gym, badminton court, multi-purpose social space, co-working space and yoga deck.

Yeoh said, “We believe that offering a comprehensive range of facilities in residential serviced apartments such as the picnic deck and palm courtyard are crucial for enhancing the quality of life for our residents.

“These amenities provide not only convenience but also promote a healthier lifestyle and foster a strong sense of community.

“Above all, our priority is to create a safe, secure, and aesthetically pleasing environment people would be proud to call home,” he added.

“M Azura offers more than just a home; it provides a complete living experience.

“Plus, with stunning views of the city and surrounding mountains, it’s a rare opportunity to enjoy both urban convenience and natural beauty,” said Yeoh.

M Azura will be accessible via major highways and trunk roads, and close to schools, higher education institutions, retail amenities, healthcare institutions, shopping centres and recreational sites.

The M Azura sales gallery is located in Wangsa Maju, Kuala Lumpur, and is open daily from 9.30am to 6pm.

In celebration of Mah Sing’s 30th anniversary this year, the group has a mega campaign offering three electric vehicles, with the Tesla Model 3 among one of the top prizes and cash prizes of up to RM10,000.

The campaign, which includes M Azura as a participating project, runs until March 31, 2025.
