BANDAR Sri Sendayan developer Matrix Concepts commemorated the launch of its newest township Eka Heights with a fun-filled fiesta for the public.

Nestled within the Malaysian Vision Valley (MVV) development corridor, the 150ha township near Seremban in Negri Sembilan is conveniently located about half-an-hour’s drive from KL International Airport (KLIA) and KLIA2.

Matrix Concepts Holdings Bhd (MCHB) chief executive officer Chai Keng Wai said the large-scale township within the MVV presented a good opportunity for first-time housebuyers.

“Eka Heights is well-connected to Seremban, Bandar Enstek, KLIA and KLIA2 and located in the MVV, which is set to be a catalyst for growth in the area.”

Slated for completion in seven to eight years, the project has a gross development value of RM500mil, he added.

Eka Heights spans 10 precincts featuring 3,620 residential units and 25 commercial properties.

“Sales from two precincts launched for sale indicate a strong demand for the project,” said Chai.

The residential units consist of double-storey link homes priced between RM400,000 for a 1,607sq ft unit and RM700,000 for a 2,325sq ft property.

Underscoring the developer’s successful track record, homes in two precincts were sold out soon after their launch.

Eka 3’s 430 units sold out last year and Eka 10’s 237 homes were snapped up in just a day during a ballot event.

MCHB chief marketing officer Lim Kok Yee said the exceptional interest in Eka Heights was a testament to the developer’s commitment to quality and innovation.

“Our nearly 20 years of successful development in Bandar Sri Sendayan has established a deep trust within the community.

“Eka Heights was designed to meet the needs of discerning buyers, especially those working in the fast-growing industrial and aviation sectors of KLIA, Sepang and surrounding areas.

“This project realises their aspirations for a modern well-connected environment,” he said.

The expansive development also showcases the 6.27ha Mageka Park, a lush green space with a lake.

Lim expressed confidence that the development would evolve into a desirable residential area in the region within the next eight years.

“As a developer with a strong focus on community building, we are dedicated to transforming Eka Heights into a prestigious and sought-after residential enclave in Negri Sembilan.

“Our proven expertise in turning undeveloped land into vibrant communities underscores our ability to deliver on this promise,” he said, citing the developer’s other successful projects like Bayu Sutera and Tiara Sendayan as examples.

Adding to the merriment of the weekend fiesta and launch were appearances by characters from BoBoiBoy and Mechamato, and meet-and-greet sessions with Warner Music artistes Syamel, Bunga, Andi Bernadee, Luqman Podolski and Amsyar Lee.

Children were also entertained with games and a bouncy castle.

The highlight of the fiesta was a fireworks display that celebrated the unveiling of the new township.
