Dua KL is a live music venue that brings out a great selection of musicians for great times after dark.

Tonight, the DoubleAze duo are back and spicing it up by going electric from 9pm onwards.

On Sunday nights, the Lighthouse trio of Gerard Singh, Vijay David and Raymond Chia entertain with a mix of retro tunes.

A great chill-out spot in Taman Tun Dr Ismail’s (TTDI) commercial zone, Loco is a laid-back outlet where the music starts early for those looking to beat Klang Valley’s after-work traffic snarls.

Enjoy live music from 6.30pm onwards, four nights a week.

On Mondays, Sally and Kay take the stage, while Tuesday evenings see the veteran duo of Arab and Bada take on classic covers and more.

On Wednesdays, Chili and Kyra are in the house, and Ben and Mashi wrap up the week every Thursday night.

Fresh from celebrating its first anniversary, Rockafellers Petaling Jaya continues to turn up the heat with a selection of great music.

This Sunday, country fans are in for a treat as the legendary Os Pombos play for one night only.

On Monday, Sapphire sets the stage on fire, while on Tuesday, Nina & Friends are in the house.

On Wednesdays, the acclaimed Muzza joins his band on stage while Thursdays and Fridays will see shows by Radioactive and Skyhigh respectively.

For the past 11 years, Merdekarya has promoted the indie scene.

Tonight, it’s all about hip-hop and soul, with 5Acul taking the stage.

Tomorrow night is a special double header, with the dinner show at the Diner Bar downstairs featuring Kien Lim from 7.30pm.

Upstairs, Merdekarya head honcho Brian Gomez is back with more original folk rock performances.

Next Thursday, singer-songwriter Pras is up for it at the live bar while on Friday, Silvergun Superman will bring back the golden age of grunge for fans.

On Saturday, Gomez will be on stage for a night of original folk rock.

There is no cover charge, except where noted, but a minimum tip of RM10 for the musicians is expected.
