The Gula Melaka Mojito, for instance, utilises palm sugar from Melaka to inject an additional layer of flavour into the drink.

According to the bartender, the palm sugar syrup is house-made and boasts a creamier texture.

The drink is prepared by first adding coarse brown sugar, followed by Mount Gay Rum, lime, mint and a splash of soda.

The result is a perfectly balanced cocktail, with the sweetness of the sugar complementing the tartness of the lime, offering a subtle caramel note.

For those seeking something more exotic, the Pandan Colada is the bar’s signature take on the classic Pina Colada.

Pandan is the key ingredient and its aromatic notes are immediately noticeable, infusing the drink with a fragrant essence that pairs beautifully with the creamy base of coconut milk.

The rum-based cocktail offers a refreshing, tropical escape in a glass.

Another menu highlight is the Hibiscus Margarita, a vibrant cocktail that delivers a striking blend of floral and citrus notes.

Made with Jose Cuervo Gold tequila, which provides a robust base, and freshly squeezed lime juice for a zesty kick, the margarita is elevated by a house-made hibiscus syrup adding a delicate floral aroma.

Visitors can also enjoy classic cocktails such as the Old Fashioned, Long Island Iced Tea, Campari Spritz, and Whiskey Sour.

In addition, there is a selection of beer, wine and champagne available.

Happy Hour runs from noon to 9pm, offering an extended window of unbeatable deals on drinks.
