The signature Mao Shan Shi Fu is made of the popular Mao Tai Baijiu mixed with sour plum, Triple Sec and lime.

The Fixed Rate cocktail is made with vodka, white coffee and pomegranate. The Fixed Rate cocktail is made with vodka, white coffee and pomegranate.

Expect citrusy notes from this spirit-forward cocktail that has a strong umami taste of grain liquor.

Fei Ni Ke Si is served as a combination of chives-infused rum, glutinous wine and egg white.

It is garnished with droplets of prawn oil and homemade dry chicken breast stick.

For something lighter, Cha Yu Jiu Hou is a blend of gin, pu-er tea soda, plum vermouth and citrus.

The five other cocktails are inspired by financial terms and a play of the bar’s name.

These are Fixed Rate, 3 O’clock, Caina Bonds, Plastic Money and Liquidity.

Each uses a variety of alcoholic bases.

The Fixed Rate cocktail, for example, has a rare but bold combination of vodka, white coffee and pomegranate while 3 O’clock is a mix of whiskey, Advocaat liqueur, apple and milk.

The latter cocktail has a creamy texture compared to the other creations.
