LE MIDI, the brasserie, bar and terrace of Crowne Plaza Kuala Lumpur City Centre, is set to impress guests with a refined Sunday brunch buffet.
The menu, crafted by chef Noor Azan and his culinary team, is a new offering of this French speciality restaurant located in the heart of KL.
Guests start their gourmet journey with fresh seafood on ice including snow crab legs, Boston lobsters, freshly shucked oysters, Alsatian Flammkuchen, Salmon Gravlax and Smoked Chicken Pate En Croute.
Diners can customise their Caesar Salad with fresh greens tossed in a parmesan cheese wheel.
Another highlight is the Angus Ribeye Roast served with Yorkshire pudding and accompanying condiments.
Guests can also savour a variety of Le Midi’s specialities that were previously only available via the a la carte menu.
Must-try dishes include Spit-Roasted Cornish Chicken, Oven-Roasted Lemon Sole, Char-Grilled Lamb Chop and Tiger Prawn a la Provencale.
The eatery’s highlight is its live station serving Spinach Tortellini.
Guests can watch as the chef skilfully rolls, shapes and stuffs each piece with a rich spinach filling, boils the stuffed pasta and serves the dish with tomato sauce.
A mouth-watering array of classic desserts include Basque Cheesecake, Mixed Berries Tart, Black Forest Cake, Weiss Dark Milk Chocolate Tart and Pistachio Paris–Brest, placed around a centrepiece of handmade chocolate Eiffel Tower.
The Sunday brunch buffet is served from noon to 3pm, priced at RM198+ per adult, inclusive of two types of free flow mocktails.
