MAH Sing Group Bhd unveiled the M Aspira Sales Gallery in Taman Desa, Kuala Lumpur, marking an impressive quick turnaround feat just four months after acquiring the land in July.

The company will also improve accessibility by proposing new connection from the Kuala Lumpur-Seremban Highway to Jalan Desa (ingress) and Jalan Desa to East-West Link towards Petaling Jaya (egress).

M Aspira is a lifestyle-oriented residential development on a prime 1.5ha site, featuring two blocks of serviced residences with a gross development value (GDV) of RM850mil.

It offers two-bedroom, three-bedroom and four-bedroom units ranging from 706sq ft to 1,006sq ft, with prices starting at RM452,000.

Mah Sing founder and group managing director Tan Sri Leong Hoy Kum said they had acquired nine parcels of land since 2023, including four this year.

“M Aspira in Taman Desa is our third acquisition in 2024, followed by our latest acquisition, M Aurora in Jalan Kelang Lama.

“M Aspira is ideally situated for homebuyers, offering a prime location within well-established neighbourhoods, abundant amenities, ready infrastructure and easy access to various parts of the city and suburbs.”

He said the company had expanded further this year with strategic ventures like the acquisition of industrial land in Sepang for MSS Business Park and entry into the data centre market with Mah Sing DC Hub@Southville City.

“As we celebrate our 30th anniversary, we are proud to reflect on Mah Sing’s journey of delivering quality homes that meet the market’s needs,” he added.

Buyers of M Aspira stand a chance to win prizes from cash rewards to Tesla and BYD electric vehicles in Mah Sing’s 30th Anniversary Giveaway Campaign.

For a momentous milestone, Mah Sing recently launched the Final Bonanza to elevate the campaign.

Available until Nov 30, the Final Bonanza provides up to RM30mil in savings and gifts.

Homebuyers can enjoy various benefits, depending on the project, such as free memorandum of transfer (MOT), complimentary furnishing and free home appliances – offering potential savings of up to RM165,000 upon signing of the sales and purchase agreement (SPA).

“M Aspira provides more than just a place to live, it offers a lifestyle centred around comfort, wellness and community.

The facilities include a BBQ, outdoor dining and glamping area, catering to diverse lifestyles.

“These amenities promote relaxation, social connections, healthy living and a sense of belonging, ensuring residents of all ages can fully enjoy their living environment.

“Offering a peaceful retreat with access to vibrant city experiences, M Aspira ensures comfort, convenience and serenity are always close at hand,” he added.
