PAVILION Kuala Lumpur is pulling out all the stops by bringing the North Pole fantasy to the city.
Eager to usher in the festive season, the shopping centre is decked with colourful decorations to welcome shoppers and enliven the year-end celebrations.
From now until Jan 1, various activities and promotions have been lined up in conjunction with Christmas and New Year.
This was unveiled at Pavilion’s “Christmas Enchantment” launch.
One highlight is the Pavilion Crystal Fountain, featuring a diorama of Santa Claus and his reindeer, located at the main entrance.
The attractive set-up at Jalan Bukit Bintang is drawing visitors to stop by for photos of the glitzy ornaments and decorative lights.
When stopping by the Crystal Fountain, shoppers can also look forward to performances by local and international artistes, which may include Christmas ballet, carolling and live musical shows.
Adding to the charming scene is fake snow falling at regular intervals throughout the mall.
Pavilion Kuala Lumpur marketing director Kung Suan Ai said the shopping centre took pride in its festive displays.
“This year, we set out to curate a festive decoration that truly captures the essence of Christmas,” she said.
“Our display, crafted by our marketing team, is designed to evoke wonder and joy for our visitors.
“As a premier shopping destination, we aim to blend luxury with an immersive experience.”
Beautiful decorations aside, Kung said the mall also offered activities from entertainment to dining.
She added that the mall was also collaborating with Tourism Malaysia for its year-end sale by offering various discounts.
The mall was partnering with Dior Beauty to curate and decorate the 12m Christmas tree at the Centre Court, Kung said.
Shoppers may locate gifting services and check out the Christmas-themed augmented reality show across Pavilion Elite and Fahrenheit88’s LED screens.
