MITRALAND Group celebrated a milestone with the signing of a memorandum of understanding (MOU) for 22 Quartz Residences, its latest development in Setia Alam, Shah Alam.
The collaboration with a group of trusted brands will see each company contributing specialised expertise and products to enhance the development’s quality and sustainability.
Bacteria Free Water Engineering (M) Sdn Bhd will provide a rainwater harvesting system and outdoor water filter, Inovar Contracts Sdn Bhd will supply premium timber flooring, Nino Digital System (M) Sdn Bhd will integrate Philips smart door locks, Niro Ceramic Sales & Services (M) Sdn Bhd will contribute high-quality floor and wall tiles, Shower Scene (M) Sdn Bhd will deliver sanitary wares and fittings, while Solartech Sales and Service Sdn Bhd will instal solar water heating systems.
Together, these contributions align with Mitraland Group’s commitment to delivering innovative and sustainable living spaces.
The signing ceremony held at the 22 Quartz Sales Gallery was attended by brand representatives – Bacteria Free Water Engineering technical director Dr Chee Chung Yee, Inovar Contracts chief executive officer Jason Tan, Nino Digital System chief executive officer Lee Gui Fen, Niro Ceramic Sales & Services national sales division general manager Go Kean Tat, Shower Scene director Elise Heng, and Solartech Sales and Service chief executive officer Chok Ching Leong.
