SOGO department store announced the grand opening of its fourth location, Sogo Mayang Mall in Kuala Terengganu, Terengganu.
This new store marks a milestone for the brand as it continues to expand.
Celebrating its 30th anniversary this year, Sogo’s new mall highlights its ongoing commitment to growth and customer satisfaction.
Sogo Mayang Mall spans almost 100,000 sq ft of retail space and is home to almost 300 top brands, spread across three floors.
To celebrate its grand opening, Sogo is partnering with Bank Islam to launch the “Shop and Fly” contest from Dec 5 to Feb 28, 2025.
Shoppers stand a chance to win an exclusive five day, four night package for two to Dubai (two prizes worth RM16,000 each), along with five consolation prizes consisting of cabin-size luggage and travel essentials (worth RM600 each).
Bank Islam cardmembers will receive two entries, while non-members will receive one entry with a minimum spend of RM150 in a single receipt.
Additionally, the first 600 Bank Islam Card-i cardmembers will receive a free RM10 voucher with a minimum spend of RM100 in a single receipt when shopping in-store with their Bank Islam Card-i.
Maybank is also joining the opening promotion by giving away a limited-edition golf umbrella (worth RM80) with a minimum spend of RM500 for the first 200 cardmembers.
The bank is also offering a RM20 coupon with a minimum spend of RM200 for the first 500 Maybank cardmembers.
CIMB Bank cardmembers will receive a RM20 coupon with a minimum purchase of RM200 in a single receipt when using a CIMB Credit or Debit card.
This offer is limited to the first 1,500 shoppers on a first-come, first-serve basis, starting Dec 5.
Sogo is also rewarding its cardmembers with two exclusive gifts. The first 200 cardmembers will receive a Sogo Denim Tote Bag with a minimum spend of RM150 in a single receipt.
Alternatively, the first 300 cardmembers can receive an exclusive batik-print stainless steel jar with a minimum spend of RM280 in a single receipt.
These promotions are available for Sogo cardmembers.
