The hotel’s Chinese banquet kitchen specialist chef Chai Chun Keong has prepared two sets of eight-course menus that cater to 10 people per set.
The set menus are available for dinner from today to Feb 15.
A 24-hour advance order is required and prices start from RM2,188+ per set.
The hotel’s yee sang is available for dine-in and takeaway.
Prices range between RM128nett and RM238nett per portion.The yee sang menu includes options such as snow pear, sliced abalone, smoked salmon and two-head abalone.
All-day dining restaurant Pasar Baru will be showcasing an array of themed buffet spreads from today to Jan 30.
The Chinese New Year-themed Dinner Buffet is priced at RM188nett per person, Asian Dim Sum and Chinese New Year High Tea from Jan 18 onwards at RM198nett per person, Prosperity Reunion Chinese New Year Dinner Buffet at RM198nett per person and CNY High Tea Buffet on Jan 29 and 30 at RM158nett per person.
High tea is served from noon to 4pm; dinner is from 6.30pm to 10.30pm.
Over at Latitude 03° 06’, a Chinese New Year Afternoon Tea set awaits guests who fancy an Oriental-themed afternoon tea.
A selection of traditional and contemporary treats will be served, promising a feast for the eyes and palate.
The set includes Deep-fried Prawn Fire Ball, Deep-fried Money Skin Golden Cake Roll, Homemade Salad Prawn with Fruits, Osmanthus Jelly with Wolfberry, Citrus Coconut Panna Cotta, Jasmine Tea White Chocolate Eclair as well as Red Dates and Goji Berries Scones.
