Special Olympics Sarawak hopes to start basketball programmes at its chapters statewide.
This follows a coaching session hosted by the committee and sponsored by Lions Clubs International Foundation.
Special Olympics Sarawak spokeswoman Chew Siok Cheng said 20 participants from Sabah and Sarawak completed the course, which was held at MyCentre Hall in Sibu.
