OVER 400 properties spanning a wide range of price points and locations will go under the hammer at a hybrid auction, which will also feature a selection of vehicles and fine art pieces.
The February Auction Carnival 2025 will be held on Feb 20, from 10am to 6pm, at Ng Chan Mau Auction Hall & Megan Avenue 2 Foyer in Jalan Yap Kwan Seng, Kuala Lumpur.
The event is a joint collaboration between Ng Chan Mau & Co Sdn Bhd, Owner Auction (M) Sdn Bhd and Lapan Art, bringing together expertise from multiple sectors.
Owner Auction business director Yap Ling said the hybrid auction would allow participants in person and online to bid in real-time, providing greater accessibility and convenience.
“This event is set to bring even more excitement, opportunities and unbeatable deals to buyers and investors alike.”
Yap said more than 10 financial institutions would be participating to offer a diverse range of financing options.
“There will be both bank-owned auction properties and properties being auctioned by individual owners.
“Besides the properties, there will be over 50 vehicles, from everyday cars to high-performance models as well as over 50 pieces of fine art by renowned local artists,” she said.
Yap also said that their consultants would be on hand to answer queries, including questions on selling properties via the company.
Additionally, there will be booths offering expert loan advice on mortgages, personal loans and credit cards for potential buyers.
Visitors will also enjoy free popcorn and ice cream throughout the event.
“Entrance is free. There will be exclusive vouchers for registered bidders and free gifts for all on-site bidders,” she added.
