KOTA KINABALU: Some 22 ethnic groups in Sabah will participate and showcase their cultures during the state-level World’s Indigenous Peoples Day celebration this weekend.And two buffaloes are the grand prizes for this year’s lucky draw,in view of the coming Hari Raya Korban celebration,said Deputy Chief Minister who is also the event organising committee chairman Datuk Seri Wilfred Madius Tangau.

“The programmes lined up for Friday and Saturday include stall exhibitions,performances and demonstrations by ethnic groups,United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples (Undrip) educational and awareness exhibition and lucky draws opened to visitors.
