FAMOUS Japanese electronics retailer Best Denki, which opened its first store at Gurney Plaza, Penang, has plans to open two more outlets in the state.
Kazuhiro Kakura, managing director of Best Denki Malaysia, said a second outlet is scheduled to open in Times Square in November, while negotiations are still being held on their third outlet.
