THE Seberang Prai Municipal Council (MPSP) will set aside RM800,000 to clean up a 5km monsoon drain which cuts through Bagan Jermal, Bagan Dalam and Sungai Puyu constituencies.
The amount is needed to overcome flash floods in several areas along the stretch of the drain.
