THE name Foo Wan Thot may not ring a bell for students attending Chinese schools today but it is the work of this educationist which has helped to ensure the preservation of Chinese education.
Foo, who received the Lim Lian Geok Spiritual Award recently from Lim Lian Geok Foundation chairman Datuk Dr Toh Kin Woon for his involvement in education, described it as an honour.
