A huge tree that fell and lodged inside a monsoon drain in Kampung Kasipillay, Jalan Ipoh, has been identified as the cause of flash floods in the area.
N.R Martin, 66, who lives nearby, said he discovered the cause of the floods about three weeks ago after a downpour which flooded his house.
