IT’S only a matter of time before the Sibu Municipal Council (SMC) implements the coupon parking system at the Lee Hua Jaya Commercial Centre car park in Jalan Pahlawan.
But the council’s deputy chairman Daniel Ngieng said that no date had been fixed so far and SMC would convene a meeting to determine it soon.
