IT is made out of metal scaffolding, yards of cloth and about 60,000 blue LEDs.
When turned on, the more than 21m high structure, located next to the Kuching City South Council headquarters, can be seen as far away as the famous cat statue at Padungan, one of the oldest commercial areas in the city centre.
