PUTRAJAYA: The Transport Ministry will push to achieve a load factor of 56% for bus services in the country by ensuring more reliable schedules and ensuring adequate capacity, its minister Datuk Seri Kong Cho Ha said.
Kong said the ministry fell 7% short of the 50% load factor target set under its National Key Result Areas (NKRA) for last year due to various reasons.
