Selangor MCA Public Complaints Bureau chief Datuk Theng Book said “small fries” with big aspirations in political parties can greatly contribute to the community if they are committed.
Theng said he had never failed to help the rakyat, irrespective of race, despite losing in the contest to be a central committee member.
