Chinese chess should be taught in Chinese schools, says Lim


MALACCA: Xiang Qi (Chinese Chess) associations nationwide should set up classes in all Chinese primary schools to help stimulate students’ brain power while promoting the ancient and valuable Chinese art, says Malaysia Xiang Qi Federation president Datuk Donald Lim Siang Chai.

Lim said xiang qi was a warfare strategy boardgame steeped in 2,000 years of history.
