THE Malaysian Association for the Blind Perak branch has urged the authorities to consult the visually impaired community before providing more accessibility to the group at public places or buildings.
Branch chairman Datuk Ahmad Mohd Salleh said despite the good intention of the authorities, they may overlook certain details which could affect the accessibility of the blind.
