TOUCHE Fencing Club trainee Joel Chiu Ka Jyn has yet to regain his winning touches at the Hong Kong Fencing School (HKFS) foil championships in Hong Kong.
Joel had to step up to the challenge and joined the fray in the boys’ Under-11 contest for his recent outing.
