THE Subang Jaya Municipal Council (MPSJ) plans to issue compounds for littering in its Anti-Littering Campaign from Oct 1.
Speaking at its full board meeting, MPSJ president Datuk Asmawi Kasbi said council enforcement officers would issue an immediate fine of RM10 for each offence committed in SS15, Subang Jaya.
