SIBU: Ling Hoe Ing, 25, the third accused in the murder of a bank manager here, was sentenced to 16 years in jail after he pleaded guilty to the alternative charge of culpable homicide not amounting to murder under Section 304 (a) of the Penal Code.
The imprisonment takes effect from the date of his arrest on Aug 15 last year.
