KOTA KINABALU: A turtle rescue centre was launched by YTL Hotels at its Gaya Island Resort off the state capital here.

The turtle rescue centre will role will encompass rescuing, rehabilitating and releasing sea turtles back into sea with its proponents dubbing its as unique and the first of its kind in the country, according to YTL executive director Datuk Mark Yeoh.
