JERANTUT: The over 130 million-year-old Taman Negara virgin rainforest is an ideal place for travellers who love wild life viewing, jungle trekking, hiking, rock climbing, fishing, camping and many other outdoor activities.

The recent visit by Tourism Malaysia Pahang officers with their counterparts from Terengganu, Perak, Penang and Kedah, along with travel agents was part of the efforts to update themselves about the place for promotional purposes despite the popularity of Taman Negara internationally.
