MAXWELL Towers resident Balagopal Paranjothy felt it might have been just a flu-related fever until he sought medical treatment from his family doctor in Pantai Hospital Bangsar. The physician was shocked by how dehydrated he was.
“I had been suffering from fever a few days and even after undergoing a mild antibiotic course, the fever remained,” said Balagopal, who was warded after two blood tests confirmed he had dengue.
