Multi-million ringgit facelift for Penang's 228-year-old Fort Cornwallis

THE 228-year-old Fort Cornwallis in Penang is being given a multi-million ringgit upgrading by Ewein Berhad, which has won a five-year contract to manage the place.

Ewein managing director Datuk S.K. Ewe said the corporation would spend several millions to enhance and upgrade the fort and surrounding facilities in stages.
