IT was an unique Merdeka celebration for the pupils of SJK (T) Permatang Tinggi, Simpang Ampat near Nibong Tebal, Penang, who put together 2,562 egg shells to make a Jalur Gemilang.
School headmaster A. Veerasamy said the egg shells were collected by the pupils, teachers and school staff members.
