WONG Choon Ming has enjoyed watching ornamental fish swimming since he was a child and was elated when his father, Wong Choon, a fish breeder, allowed him to follow in his footsteps.
“I was 17 then and had just completed Form Three,” recalled the 43-year-old Choon Ming who is the youngest among nine siblings and the only fish breeder in the family.
