Residents of a century-old village in Batu 14, Puchong have many stories to share

Kampung Bunga Melor was formerly part jungle, part palm oil and rubber estate and mining pond. The pond has been filled in and currently houses SMK Puchong Batu 14.

KAMPUNG Bunga Melor in Batu 14, Puchong was named after the jasmine flowers that used to line the main road (Jalan Puchong) leading to the Indian village.

However, most of the plants have been uprooted in lieu of development and road expansion.
