UNIVERSITI Pendidikan Sultan Idris (UPSI) deputy vice-chancellor (academic and international) Prof Dr Zakaria Kasa has been appointed as vice-chancellor from Sept 1 for a period of three years.
The Higher Education Ministry in a statement, said Prof Zakaria succeeds Prof Datuk Dr Aminah Ayob, whose term ended on August 31.
