Prof Hassan of UiTM receives honorary PhD


Prof Hassan says a university’s main priority is to produce well-rounded and holistic graduates.

UNIVERSITI Teknologi Mara vice-chancellor Emeritus Prof Datuk Dr Hassan Said (pic) received an honorary doctor of engineering from Brunel University London pro chancellor John Cridland in a recent graduation ceremony.

Brunel University London deputy vice-chancellor (Education & International) Prof Andrew George said the award was presented to Prof Hassan for his contribution to university education in Malaysia and his international reputation.
