FORMER Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR) president Academician Emeritus Prof Tan Sri Dr Chuah Hean Teik has been awarded the 2019 World Federation of Engineering Organisations (WFEO) Medal of Excellence in Engineering Education.

He received the medal at the WFEO gala dinner held in conjunction with the World Engineers Convention (WEC) Australia 2019 held in Melbourne last month.
