Looking back, looking forward

SO here we are once again, at the close of another year and looking ahead to a new one. Only this time, there seems to be a general sigh of relief that 2020 is finally ending and a sense of hope that things will get better in the new year.

I asked a few friends how they would describe the year 2020 in three words and their responses, although varied, seemed to have a single recurring theme.
