TROPICANA Corporation Bhd (Tropicana) has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Raffles Iskandar Sdn Bhd, providing its Johor homebuyers up to 20% of one-year school fee rebates at Raffles University and 5% at Raffles American School.

The partnership with the education provider will provide more value not only to local homebuyers, but also international homeowners wanting to uproot their families to Malaysia, the property developer said in a press release on April 7.
