THE Education Ministry needs to drastically improve the condition of national school toilets.

While many have welcomed Education Minister Datuk Dr Radzi Jidin’s pledge to improve the toilet ventilation in new school buildings, there are still some 10,000 schools that have lavatories in dire need of attention, stakeholders say.
