> The Japanese Government (Monbukagakusho: MEXT) Scholarship for the Young Leaders’ Programme (YLP) is calling for applicants.
> During the term of the scholarship, a monthly allowance of approximately 242,000 yen (RM7,748) will be given.
> Fees for the entrance examination, matriculation and tuition at the universities will be exempted. A round-trip flight ticket will also be provided.
> Course duration: One year from October 2024 to September 2025 (except for the business administration course, which commences in September 2024).
> Courses will be conducted in English.
> Courses available: Master of Business Administration (Hitotsubashi University); Master of Law (Kyushu University); Master in Public Administration or Master in Public Policy (National Graduate Institute for Policy Studies and National Graduate Institute for Foreign Policy); and Master of Healthcare Administration (Nagoya University).
Requirements
:> Malaysian citizens with degrees.
> For the business administration course, applicants must: Be under the age of 40 as of Sept 1, 2024; have a good command of English (minimum TOEFL-iBT score of 100, TOEFL-PBT score of 600, TOEFL-CBT score of 250, IELTS Academic score of 7.0 or equivalent) with GMAT/GRE score result; and have at least two years of working experience.
> For all other courses, applicants must: Be under the age of 40 as of Oct 1, 2024; have a good command of English (minimum TOEFL-iBT score of 80, IELTS 6.0 or equivalent); and have at least three years of working experience in government offices; and have at least four years of related working experience.
> Application is to be made through recommending Malaysian authorities:
