UOW Malaysia’s “Discovering Early Education: Insights & Interactive Expo”, hosted by the School of Social Sciences (SOSS) on July 20, successfully brought together educators, parents and early childhood education enthusiasts to explore the latest developments in the field.
Attendees were impressed by the creativity and integrity demonstrated through the diverse array of early childhood education projects, which included innovative games and teaching materials, presented by UOW Malaysia students in an impressive showcase that served as a centrepiece of the event.
Held at the institution’s Glenmarie campus in Shah Alam, Selangor, the expo also featured expert presentations from Cutie Cottage Education Group and The Hope Project, offering valuable insights into cutting-edge approaches to infant and toddler care, career opportunities in early childhood education and introduction to autism.
These presentations provided participants with practical knowledge and fresh perspectives on the ever-evolving landscape of early childhood education.
At UOW Malaysia, the Diploma of Early Childhood Education programme focuses on nurturing early childhood educators to be knowledgeable, ethical and professionally qualified for the industry.
The institution also aims to provide quality upgrading opportunities for existing preschool teachers who understand the importance of developing young minds.
The Discovering Early Education: Insights & Interactive Expo was a testament to the dedication and passion of SOSS.
The event’s success has solidified its position as a must-attend event for anyone interested in the field of early childhood education.
