Yayasan Khazanah (YK) has awarded 115 prestigious scholarships to talented, high-achieving Malaysians, reinforcing its dedication to nurturing the nation’s future leaders.

The recently held annual YK Awards Day Ceremony celebrated the achievements of current Khazanah scholars and honoured the new recipients, a press release dated Sept 4 read.

Since 2006, YK has awarded scholarships to 1,610 outstanding individuals in their educational journeys across various fields.

The Global, Watan and Lestari scholarships offer comprehensive support, including financial aid, academic guidance, and leadership development opportunities. Recipients will have the unique privilege of studying at renowned universities both domestically and internationally, pursuing a diverse range of disciplines.

Beyond academic excellence, Khazanah’s scholarship programme focuses on cultivating well-rounded individuals who will participate in specialised training programmes, mentorship initiatives, and internships to develop essential leadership skills and practical experience.
