Amgen Scholars Programme (ASP)

> The ASP, an international programme funded by the Amgen Foundation, provides hundreds of selected undergraduates with the opportunity to engage in a hands-on research experience at many of the world’s leading educational institutions.

> It seeks to increase learning and networking opportunities for students committed to pursuing science or engineering careers and to spark the interest and broaden the perspective of students considering scientific careers.

> Through the eight-to-10-week programme, which starts in June next year, outstanding undergraduates from across the globe can undertake research projects under the instruction of world-class faculty, get involved in cutting-edge seminars and networking events, and take part in a symposium as representatives in their respective regions.

> Each host institution has its own application process.
