> The 2025 Taiwan International Cooperation and Development Fund (ICDF) scholarship programme is open to Malaysians keen on pursuing a master’s degree (two years) or doctoral degree (four years) commencing in September next year.
> The programmes are taught in English.
> This fully-funded scholarship provides scholars with a return airfare, housing, tuition and credit fees, insurance, textbooks, and a monthly allowance of NT$18,000 (RM2,485) for the master’s programmes and NT$20,000 (RM2,761) for PhD programmes.
> A total of 29 programmes are available across 19 participating universities.
> Programme topics include tropical agriculture, business administration, international affairs, technology management, information systems and applications, global human resource development, international health, electrical engineering and computer science, aquaculture technology and management, pharmacy, educational leadership and management development, as well as tourism and hospitality.
> Applicants must submit their applications through the Taiwan ICDF online application system (https://web.icdf.org.tw/ICDF_TSP/WelcomeStart.aspx).
> Each applicant may apply for only one programme at a time.
