WOMEN’s rights and the conversations surrounding them have shifted dramatically over the last few years. While claims towards women’s equality have become more mainstream – our legal system still has a very long way to go catch up.
As people take to the streets today for the annual Women’s March, the government should recognise that this groundswell of support for women’s rights deserves new laws to match, starting with an anti-sexual harassment bill.
