THE forthcoming Senior Citizens Bill can include policies to foster integration between the elderly and their adult children, a legal expert says.

To the question of whether the Bill should extend the responsibility of caring for the elderly to the community at large or otherwise, prominent lawyer Nizam Bashir says such a matter should remain a familial obligation.
