KOTA KINABALU: The testimony of a psychiatrist who told the Sessions Court here that a 13-year-old girl graphically related how she was raped last year will be admitted as evidence in the ongoing trial of two policemen.
However, the testimony of Dr Ahmad Faris Abdullah of the Bukit Padang psychiatric hospital here would only be used to determine the mental condition of the girl who was allegedly raped at the temporary immigration detention centre commonly known as the Rumah Merah.
